Mixing and confrontations take place between opposite sexes, males and female, almost in walks of life. The male dominated world has yielded to a social structure where males and females work and exist with equal efficiency. It is for this reason the word “chairman” has been replaced by “chairperson” in many world bodies, because the chairperson may be a male or a female personality.

They may meet either in the manner of colleagues or as superiors and subordinates. In the office or the workplace efficiency is the key-word. One inefficient personal whether male or female, may cause the whole office-work to slow down
Equals:
Colleagues are equals, and when men and women working in the same office or side by side at any workplace, treat each other with the same respect as due to equals, that is the best etiquette at work.
Institution:
Men and women professor work in the same institution, and it is true that requires much adjustment and balance.
Clubs:
With democratic rights and higher standards of living, clubs are within the reach of an average male or female. These clubs may be cultural ones like music, drama etc. or may be social ones for expanding of social services to the people of the community
