Professional Etiquette-Code of conduct:

There was a doctor, a very nice man, who cared less for money and more for the quick cure and well-being of his patients. This doctor never became rich , but the laughter and jokes he shared with his patients, and the free and gay atmosphere in his chamber, had tonic-reactions on his patients, who came to his chamber with ailing groans but left the same smilingly. Should be therefore equating professional behavior with success! Success or not, the professional man has his commitment first to the community. The mercenary tendency of any working man, on the one hand, and his public-spirited behavior his popularity on the other, which of these will push him toward success! Well, a popular man in his profession will hardly lack his livelihood in society which he serves with genuine sincerity.
A man may become in his profession from big to bigger and then reach the highest level. That does not mean that he should lose his humanity, the he should sacrifice his politeness and gentleness at the altar of success.
Ethics
It is essential of professional ethics that one should not decry or denounce a fellow of the same profession. If you bring out the black spots of your fellow professional; the intelligent outsider will come to understand the secrets of your trade and vocation. Thus, one writer should not speak ill of another writer, one publisher, one teacher of another teacher, one trader of another trader, and so on.
